Steps
- Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a large skillet and add 1 – 2 cups of water or broth.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook for 9-14 minutes until chicken reaches 74° C (165° F)
- Refrigerate or freeze chicken in containers to use in casseroles, sandwiches, or salads.
