Maximum flavour, minimum effort! Stir-fried chicken is a healthy addition to your favourite lunch and dinner recipes.



  • Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.
  • Season strips in herbs and spices of your choice.
  • Cook over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes in a lightly oiled frying pan or wok.

Make sure your chicken strips are all the same size, so they’ll cook evenly.

To make sure your chicken is cooked through, look for an internal temperature reading of 82° C for a whole chicken and 74° C for ground poultry, chicken pieces & cuts.
