The high-pressure environment inside your pressure cooker works wonders on chicken. Your meal will be ultra-tender and ready in record time.



  • Add chicken pieces to the cooker along with sliced, onions, ginger, garlic, herbs and spices, and ½ cup water.
  • Cover, lock the lid, turn the pressure to high and cook for 15 minutes, or until done.
  • Release pressure and check if thoroughly cooked.

To find the perfect cooking time for your chicken, multiply the weight (lbs.) of your chicken by 6 minutes.

To make sure your chicken is cooked through, look for an internal temperature reading of 82° C for a whole chicken and 74° C for ground poultry, chicken pieces & cuts.
