We’re not surprised that this recipe was our most popular recipe of 2017. Want instant Cool Mom (or Cool Dad) cred? Make your kids chicken covered in cheesy-flavoured nacho chips. Cranberry Dijon Chicken Wellington

You loved this festive recipe when it debuted on our Facebook Page during the holidays last year, and we can certainly see why! Ricotta Basil Chicken Thighs

Chicken thighs are usually cheaper than chicken breasts, which makes this recipe as budget-friendly as it is delicious. Ricotta cheese and fresh basil make this taste like a gourmet meal at a fancy Italian restaurant, but it’s cost-effective enough to make any time!
