  • 4 Maple Lodge Farms Ultimate Chicken Frankfurters
  • 2 sticks cheese strings
  • 4 strips Maple Lodge Farms Chicken Bacon Style
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 4 hot dog buns


1Make a slit lengthwise down each Maple Lodge Farms Ultimate Chicken Frankfurters (without cutting all the way through). Split cheese strings in half lengthwise; place each half into slits in wieners.

2Place middle of Maple Lodge Farms Chicken Bacon Style over the middle of the wiener, at diagonal over top of the cheese, then wrap around wiener. If necessary, secure with wooden toothpicks.

3Place on medium grill (cheese side up), cook 1 to 2 minutes and turn. Brush cooked side of each with honey mustard. Cook another 1 to 2 minutes; brush other side with mustard. Place onto buns (remove toothpick, if used). Add more honey mustard, if desired

To make sure your chicken is cooked through, look for an internal temperature reading of 82° C for a whole chicken and 74° C for ground poultry, chicken pieces & cuts.
