- 1 package Ultimate Chicken Frankfurters
- 1 red bell pepper
- Whipped plain cream cheese
- Barbecue sticks
1Boil hot dogs until cooked.
2Cut the hot dog in half, then cut the ends diagonally.
3Skewer two of the pieces together to create a stocking.
4Pipe whipped cream cheese onto the top of the stocking, add a piece of parsley and red pepper.
To make sure your chicken is cooked through, look for an internal temperature reading of 82° C for a whole chicken and 74° C for ground poultry, chicken pieces & cuts.
